To create an instance of class vtkTemporalFractal, simply invoke its constructor as follows
obj = vtkTemporalFractal
obj is an instance of the vtkTemporalFractal class.

obj.SetFractalValue (float ) - Essentially the iso surface value.
The fractal array is scaled to map this value to 0.5 for use as a volume
